Conduct a Clinical Assessment

A clinical assessment based on identified risk factors always needs to be conducted. While some aspects will be reassessed during the standardised RA, it is critical that a full clinical assessment be conducted to ensure clinical judgment can be added to the results of the standardised RA.

Clinical assessments need to consider the presenting condition and likely changes in the short term (e.g. surgery).
