Welcome to Topic 3: Module Assessment.

This assessment is designed to consolidate your knowledge through completing a summative assessment. Within this assessment you will be required to assess a patient’s risk of developing a Pressure Ulcer (PU) by completing the Braden Scale for Predicting Pressure Sore Risk © and complete a clinical Risk Assessment (RA) prior to determining a general risk rating.

Upon completion of the assessment, you will be provided with a final result. You must accurately assess the patient’s risk in order to satisfactorily complete the assessment.
